The Greene Care Clinic is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides free health care and behavioral health support to uninsured adult Greene County residents who earn less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level and are ineligible for Medicaid/Medicare. Our services include treatment of acute (e.g., back pain, ) and chronic (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma) health conditions, lab and diagnostic testing, non-narcotic pharmacy services, behavioral health counseling, imaging (e.g., x-rays, scans), referrals to specialists, and lifestyle change support (e.g., smoking cessation and nutritional counseling). We also provide flu and COVID-19 vaccines.
